At Dr. Pen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused device and all original accessories in the original box to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for hygiene compliance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
